If you'd like us to remake your product, we’ll offer a 20% discount (based on your original order amount) in the form of a gift card.

Example: If your original order total was $100, you’ll receive a $20 gift card to use toward a new purchase.

The gift card can be combined with other website discounts and has no expiration date.

Note: Additional customization costs (e.g., fabric upgrades, size changes) will apply if the new selections exceed the original order’s value.
